MKS Cooper began composing poetry at the age of ten.

A number of those early, handwritten poems were preserved by her grandmother and mother. Though old, tattered, and somewhat faded, they are some of her favorite treasures.

As an adult, MKS added short stories and novels to her repertoire. Her debut novel, The Mysteries of Tremont Meadow, is available on Amazon and Kindle. She also has a children’s illustrated book, The Christmas Horse. She currently has two more manuscripts in progress.

MKS lives in Ohio with her husband. They share a large family of children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren who are scattered around the country in Ohio, Illinois, Florida, Georgia, and California. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, knitting, crocheting, crossword and jigsaw puzzles, and music.
